We received 52 evaluations after our 2008 Swim season, which was about 40% of our swim families.
Evaluation forms were present but not handed out during our awards nite, so we had to strictly rely on on-line evaluations being completed.
Some of the key take aways for improvements were the following:
- Clarity on process or roles between coaches and parents for which events swimmers are assigned.
- Parents would like more individual attention and stroke analysis/corrections from the coaching staff.
- Parents would like early practice times for teens to be reviewed and have alternate options considered.
