As many organizations are aware fundraising has become an important part of the recreation sports experience. 

The Sugarbear aquatics team (a nonprofit organization) provides competitive swimming opportunities for over 225 children between the ages of 4 and 18 in the Roseville community.  Our home pool for training and swim meets is the Oakmont Community Pool.  Highly trained and knowledgeable parks and recreation staff work with the children to develop their competitive swimming skills not to mention their own self discipline during workouts 5 days a week. 

The children participate in 8 swim meets that frequently draw in excess of 1000 plus local residents for an all day meet on Saturday’s during June and July.  Parents, families and friends spend many hours at poolside between swim events waiting for the next scheduled activity for their child.  Each family usually purchases a program where we include sponsors advertising. 

Possibly just as important and impressive is the exposure of your business from our website. Our Sugarbear website has grown with the reputation for being one of the most informative and helpful websites not only for our Sugarbear team, but for other teams within VFCAL. The website also attracts alumni, extended family and friends of the Sugarbears. Our podcasts are especially unique and popular content which swim families in the area have grown to expect and enjoy. To enhance our fund raising efforts, we have come to your organization for assistance.  As we work to cover some of the costs associated with competitive sports we are asking for donations from local businesses.  Please be assured that your donation will directly benefit the children of the Roseville community.  We welcome and encourage our sponsors to visit and join us for a fun filled day of cheering, laughing and sharing the excitement of the swim meets.

Sponsorship donations received before April 4, 2009 will also receive their corresponding size ad included in our Roseville Aquatics Gala Event Auction Catalog!
