Please contact Michael Taylor to signup for any particular shift. Jennifer Pointer is the contact for those shifts available to the Woodcreek Seawolves. Both teams have up till June 3rd to fill their respective shifts. Conveniently, June 3rd is the date of our dual swim meet between the Sugarbears and Seawolves. Shifts still open after June 3rd will become available for either team to fill. Your help is needed in ensuring our booth's success and greatly appreciated. This may be our last year with our fireworks booth in Roseville. The City of Roseville perform an open lottery for non-profit organizations, granting them 5 years of operation. This is our final (5th) year for this lottery selection. Next year we will also be submitting for the lottery, more appropriately, under the name of Roseville Aquatics Booster Club (RATBC). RATBC is the umbrella organization, and single tax id, for the Roseville Sugarbears, Woodcreek Seawolves and Roseville Aquabunnies. www.tntfireworks.com

Scrip program
This year the Sugarbears are extending a scrip program to the Oakmont Parent's Club (OPC).
OPC Booster clubs have the opportunity to pre-sell $10 scrip for Fireworks until June 28th.
When scrip is sold, customers receive a scrip coupon and OPC returns the corresponding "group ticket" that has the same number as the sold coupon.

For those working the Fireworks booth this year, some important reminders:

The only value amount being distributed in the form of scrip are $10 coupons.
The Scrip must be applied to product and cannot return change. No cash refunds.
The scrip amount cannot be used to pay sales tax. Sales tax must be added separately from the use of scrip.
IMPORTANT: ONLY ACCEPT SCRIP THAT HAS A MATCHING "GROUP TICKET" NUMBER ON FILE IN THE BOOTH.
As each scrip coupon is received in the booth it should be matched and stapled to the corresponding "group ticket" on file.

The Sugarbears were unable to extend the scrip program to the Granite Bay Gators due to fireworks not being allowed in their area.
The Sugarbears extended the scrip program to the Roseville AquaBunnies last year, but they chose not to participate.
